The health and safety of you, our team members, and our community are our top priority. We wanted to take a moment to let you know some of the things we are doing to ensure your safety when traveling with Aspen Transportation Co.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, Colorado Public Utilities Commission, National Limousine Association (NLA), and our local city and county health departments. In coordination with their guidance, we have devised additional sanitation and social distancing guidelines with an emphasis on the prevention of virus transmission.

As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are implementing a safety program detailed below. Your chauffeur is required to complete and document each of the cleaning and sanitation steps immediately prior to your trip.

Company Wide Pre-Trip Guidelines

  • Vehicle capacity reduced based on distancing guidelines. (Currently 50%)
  • Credit card is required at the time of the reservation. Cash will no longer be accepted as payment.
  • All water and amenities have been removed from the vehicle. If you would like water, please make the request at time of reservation and we will place a sanitized bottle at the time of your trip.
  • “Sneeze Guards” have been installed in vehicles (except mini-coaches) to reduce particle spread.
  • Electrostatic Sprayers are used to clean each vehicle interior daily.
  • Passengers will not be allowed to sit in the front seat of vehicle

Chauffeur Pre-Trip Guidelines

  • Chauffeurs that are sick or present signs of sickness will be required to get testing before returning to work.
  • Vehicle sanitized using and EPA approved anti-bacterial spray and/or wipes.
  • Chauffeurs will refrain from any contact such as handshakes.
  • Chauffeur will offer masks to any passenger that does not have one.
  • Chauffeur will open all doors and trunks to reduce passenger contact.
  • Chauffeur will wear a washable double-ply mask with a PM2.5 filter.
